Prague Airport is the biggest and most important international airport in the Czech Republic, handing almost 15 and a half million passengers in 2017. In the same year 69 air carriers operated flights from Prague Airport, connecting the Czech capital with 163 destinations all around the world, including New York, Montreal, Toronto, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Xian, Doha and Dubai. American Airlines is launching a new daily service between Prague and Philadelphia in May.

Prague Airport is one of the fastest growing airports in Europe, with 10-25 million checked passengers (up 17.9%). It is currently the base airport for four airlines – Czech Airlines, Travel Service/Smartwings, Ryanair and WizzAir.

Prague Airport is about 30 minutes by public transport from the city centre. It also offers a wide selection of car rentals and parking facilities. Aeroparking, a complex of the most convenient parking facilities, offers more than 6300 parking spots for both long and short term parking.
