Cheval has, of course, increased precautionary measures to protect guests and staff during the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, but continues to offer the best service possible. Any guest who chooses to, very easily, self-isolate in one of Cheval Collection’s apartments can expect the full support of the residence and will be able to take advantage of a number of services including housekeeping on request (or a cleaning pack for those who wish to service their own apartment), coordination of any deliveries chosen to be received and virtual direct contact with the concierge teams using Cheval’s App (available for both Apple and Android devices).
Cheval Collection is currently in active discussions with a number of companies that are city traders in order to relocate a selection of staff to Cheval Three Quays at the Tower of London and set up individuals working remotely, but with exceptionally fast wired internet connections. The newly re-opened Cheval Gloucester Park on Cromwell Road also offers 100MB download speeds, so companies can choose from both an East and West London location to relocate staff. In order to assist this process, Cheval Collection is offering video show rounds of the apartments for agents and guests hosted by the concierge teams at each residence.
To enable guests to stay healthy in the comfort of their own apartment, Cheval Collection and LIFE Acrobat have launched a series of exclusive workout videos, accessible from Cheval’s mobile app. Cheval Collection has teamed up with LIFE Acrobat, creator of bespoke health and wellness programmes, to offer guests of London based Cheval Residences properties access to tailored sessions with a health and wellbeing professional, a bespoke programme designed to suit guests’ needs, time and available space. The LIFE Acrobat programmes are developed around guests and their specific goals; from weight loss and managing stress levels, to learning how to exercise more efficiently and finding inspiration in the kitchen.
LIFE Acrobat works together with guests on areas of discontent that may be impacting specific areas of their life, or general well-being, and discovers the drivers behind these and how to establish new habits. All of this can be done online, so it will fit in with guests’ lifestyle, and can be accessed any time, any place, anywhere – particularly apt in a time like now as guests can do this from their very own secluded apartment space.
