Cheval Collection is a portfolio of brands, currently including Cheval Residences and the newly created Cheval Maison, for property investors looking to stand out with a distinctive product.Cheval Collection is actively looking to manage third party assets and invest in new properties, both in the UK and overseas, that will fit within these brands and, ultimately, will result in Cheval presenting a diverse product offering in key locations around the world.

The history of Cheval

The Cheval story began in Knightsbridge, London with the acquisition of the first property in 1983 in Cheval Place and Cheval Collection currently consists of a portfolio of eight luxury properties in central London operating under the Cheval Residences brand. Cheval Three Quaysat the Tower of London opened in 2014 as the iconic property in East London and Cheval Gloucester Parkis scheduled to reopen in 2019 as the iconic property of West London.

Alongside the growth of the serviced apartment industry within the UK and Europe, Cheval has had the opportunity to receive recognition for its achievements.
